I have received a notice from CMC Worldwide concerning an unpaid debt with Flight-Delayed. What is this about?
We (CMC) collect unpaid invoices on behalf of our client Flight-Delayed. If you have received an email or letter from us then that means that you have an unpaid debt with our client.

In case you don not recall that you have requested (or received) a service from our client Flight-Delayed, please send us an email asking for supporting info so we can help you clarify the situation as soon as possible.

I have already arranged the compensation directly with the airliner.
Contacting the airliner directly does not automatically cancel your request or the power of attorney to or with Flight-Delayed. 

If the airliner has paid you, Flight-Delayed is still entitled to their fee. Please see articles B6/7, B9, E4 and G2 of the general terms and conditions which you can find here: Terms and Conditions Yource B.V. (flight-delayed.co.uk)

I have never received any compensation for my delayed flight.
Please check within your Flight-Delayed online account the actual status of your compensation request.

I have cancelled my request to Flight-Delayed.
Cancelling the case with our Flight-Delayed is allowed, however, as stated in article B6 and E8 in the general terms and conditions, it does incur costs.
